Warranties and Guarantees

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve it for you. Full refunds (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned prepaid in its original condition within 30 days; otherwise a re-stocking fee may be charged. Credit card orders will receive funds in the form of a credit.

HealioHealth Warranty

After the first 30 days of the invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary by product category.

Security Guarantee

Guaranteed Secure Transactions:

HealioHealth uses some of the most sophisticated consumer protection software. It is extremely unlikely that any personal information will be misappropriated. In the rare instance that an unauthorized person obtains your credit card information and uses it, by federal law, you are only liable for the first $50. In any instance where you have discovered or suspect fraud, you need to contact your credit card companies immediately. Because we are so confident in our security measures, we will reimburse you for the $50 not covered by your credit card company. That's our security guarantee. And for you, it means there is no risk when shopping at HealioHealth.

30 Day Guarantee

You may return the product(s) to our Akron, Ohio warehouse within 30 days of receipt/delivery for a refund.

Note: Original outgoing shipping fees will not be refunded if a product is returned. We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

HealioHealth's 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is NOT unconditional and is subject to the following restrictions:

  • All products must be returned in the original condition in which it was received by the customer including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • All returns MUST be accompanied by a unique Return Authorization number or will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • Merchandise returned in used or worn condition (as determined by our warehouse manager) will be returned to the buyer.
  • All returns made after 30 Days with a Return Authorization Number will be charged a 15% restocking fee — no exceptions.
  • All returns made without a Return Authorization Number will be charged a 20% restocking fee — no exceptions.
  • Certain hardware items and qualifying custom/special orders may only be returned for replacement and not for refund.
  • For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of custom-made products, Sexual Health products, personal hygiene products, or mouthcare products.

International Orders

PayPal is our preferred method of payment for our international customers. Send your PayPal payment topayments@HealioHealth.com. International shipments may also subject to additional Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees and Taxes, which are the purchaser's responsibility and are in addition to our quoted shipping and handling charges. Brokerage Fees and taxes are typically based on the Invoice Amount of your order, and collected at the time of delivery. Any taxes, duty, customs charges, brokerage charges or tariffs are the purchaser's responsibility, and are collected at the time of delivery.

HealioHealth will do everything possible to lower the fee's you will incur from your government.

PAYMENT TERMS:

For our protection, HealioHealth is a US company and will use discretion when accepting payment from overseas, due to the increasing risk of fraudulent international transactions. We invite you to pay electronically via PayPal or pay via Money Order, as these are both very secure payment methods.

"Undeliverable" or "refused" international packages will incur return shipping charges and a 15% restock fee. HealioHealth does not refund original outgoing shipping charges on undeliverable or refused international packages.

* All refunds, returns, or exchanges on International Shipments, will be preformed at the expense of buyer.

Promotions

Promotional codes can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. To use the promotional code you have, please follow these steps:

  • 1) When you have finished shopping, click on your shopping cart. The items you are ready to buy will be listed. Below those items will be a field that says Coupon Code Listed.
  • 2) Enter the Coupon Code as listed on our Promotions Page. (Promotions are Case Sensitive!)

Regarding Promotions:

Promotions, discounts and promotional codes (collectively "Promotions") are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated.

One time use Promotions must be used in their entirety in a single purchase. Any amounts not redeemed in the applicable purchase will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.

Promotions do not apply to gift certificates, shipping, applicable taxes or duties or similar services.

HealioHealth strives to deliver excellent products at exceptional prices. Several times per year we audit and lower our prices on all items to be less than the lowest internet price.

However, if you find an identical product at a lower price and in stock on another site we will beat that pricing by 10%.

The product we are price matching needs to be identical to the product we have in stock at HealioHealth - that means the exact same size, color, season, etc. Additionally, the price we are matching must include all costs the competitor would charge you for the item including tax and shipping where applicable.

Attention Debit Card Users:

When using a debit card, your bank may remove or set aside the necessary funds to cover the order for a period of up to 5 business days. HealioHealth, Inc., does not collect payment until the order has shipped from our fulfillment center.

Order Confirmation Email

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with HealioHealth.com, you will receive an e-mail that details your order. This can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number, the details of the products and prices, any promotional coupons or eGift Certificates, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders

Before placing your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order is submitted successfully, it enters the shipping process almost immediately. You must call a Customer Service Representative to make any changes to your order once it is placed.

Problems with Checkout

Shipping Address Errors:

If you receive the following error message on the Shipping Address page, please check the address that you entered for typos, misspellings, or abbreviations. We validate the entered shipping address against postal software that does not recognize spaces at the end of the address line.

Billing Information Errors:

Here are some helpful suggestions if you receive one of the following error messages on the Billing Information page:

Error Message 1

"Invalid Zip, City and State Combination. Please check your entry and try again. In most cases, spelling errors, extra spaces, and/or abbreviations in the city field cause this error message."

If you receive this error on the Billing Information page, please check the entered address again. We validate your billing address against postal software that does not recognize spaces at the end of the address line.

Error Message 2

"The billing information that you entered does not match your credit card information. Please verify your billing information to ensure that it matches your credit card billing address (i.e., street/city/state/zip address must match EXACTLY)."

If you receive this message after you have attempted to submit your order, you may want to check the following:

  • 1. Ensure that there are no typos or misspellings with your name, street address, city, state, and zip code.
  • 2. Verify that your billing address on your credit card bill is exactly the same as you have entered.
  • 3. Call your issuing bank to ensure that your bank has recently updated their online transaction database. In some cases, the address they have entered into their online address verification system is outdated.
  • 4. You may want to try an old address, because in some cases, it takes awhile for banks to update their information. Addresses up to two years old can be authorized successfully.
  • ** Please be aware that with each submission, you may place another hold on your funds for the total amount of the order. In many cases, submission with a valid credit card number with an incorrect billing address will still result in a hold on your account. If this occurs, please note that those authorizations will drop off your account within 2 - 4 business days depending on your issuing bank. Please contact your bank for further questions.

    Error Message 3

    "We are unable to process your order at this time because the payment processing system is unavailable. Please try again later."

    On rare occasions, the issuing bank verification system or our partner online verification system is down. At these times, no authorizations or transactions can be processed. Please note that these outages can last for a few minutes to an hour. No authorizations or holds on your funds will be processed and nothing will be charged to your card. We recommend that you attempt to place your order again in an hour or contact our Customer Service Department.

HealioHealth ships globally to all locations worldwide; shipping rates will vary. U.P.S is our primary shipper but HealioHealth may use alternate carriers where applicable. If you require your order to be shipped with a specific carrier please contact customer support. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will ship via U.S. Mail.

We ship either same-day, or the very next day, depending upon when the order comes in, and the volume of orders that day.Even though air international orders usually only take 5-7 days, please do allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of international orders.

Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver. Orders must be placed by 11am on Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.

Processing Time:

Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday|. General Delivery Times UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver deliver Monday - Friday. USPS delivers Monday ñ Saturday with your regular postal carrier.

There is no delivery cost for shipping HealioHealth eGift Certificates or Store gift certificates, regardless of their face value.

Hawaii and Alaska

For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we offer USPS (First Class and Priority), UPS (2nd Day Air and Next Day Air only) and FedEx (2-Day Express and Overnight Express only) services.

Recycled Packaging

In an effort to run a green business, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes and mailing envelopes only when needed. We also recycle packaging material that is used to keep your orders safe in shipping.

Shipping Confirmation Email

When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will be receiving a Shipment Confirmation e-mail in your inbox. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online or over the telephone. You can expect to receive this e-mail within the 1 - 2 business day timeframe. The e-mail contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link to the selected carrier site. You can click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail to track your order.

How Do I Return Something

A customer care specialist will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and Return Authorization number. Normal business hours for customer service are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday, please allow 1-2 business days for all replies. HealioHealth employees observe all major holidays.

For your return you MUST obtain an RA number (RA#). All unauthorized returns are subject to a restocking fee. "Undeliverable" or "Refused by Recipient" shipments are considered unauthorized returns and therefore subject of the same restocking fee and return shipping charges. Outgoing shipping is re-charged if we re-ship the same package a second time.

Damaged Goods

Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Damage to a shipping container must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery. Please report damaged merchandise by calling UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877).

If a shipment arrives damaged:

  • Note any damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage.
  • Contact HealioHealth.com customer service at shipping@HealioHealth.com to start processing an insurance claim
  • Your damaged item will be replaced immediately at no cost to you.

If damage is not obvious at time of delivery:

  • Call UPS to initiate a report for the damaged merchandise. Then contact HealioHealth customer service at shipping@HealioHealth.comwithin 5 days of delivery
  • Save the container and merchandise for inspection by UPS.
  • Your damaged item will be replaced immediately at no cost to you.

What happens when a product is returned?

Who processes orders and handles customer service?

HealioHealth will process all orders and provide customer service for all the visitors you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links to us on your website, and we do the rest!

How will you know orders come from my website?

All links from your site to HealioHealth contain a unique identifier that links all activity back to your site ID. Every time a customer comes to HealioHealth via your site and makes a purchase we know to credit your site. To make sure all purchases are tracked correctly, all links must be created with the tag generator through the LinkShare interface.I don't live in the U.S.

Can I still be a HealioHealth affiliate?

Absolutely. All you need to do is sign up and once we review your application and if your website is approved, you'll be on your way to making money.Do I have sales quotas? No, we don't require any of our affiliates to meet sales quotas.I operate more than one website.

Can I still be an affiliate?
